For new residential construction, residential additions, or commercial projects where the County has provided you with a Mitigation Form, please bring that with your plan check submission.
All plans will need to be left for review — we are unable to do any “over the counter” plan checks.
Please allow 7 business days for your plan check to be completed.
For stamp transfers and resubmittals, please bring one old set of plans along with your two new sets, along with the invoice from your initial plan check submittal.

Plan check fees are payable by cash, check, or money order (we are unable to process payment by card).
Fees are due at time of pick-up.
